Ordering:
1) All orders will be fulfilled under your account, which has been assigned to you at the time of your registration. Every attempt will be made to ship orders that are received by 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on normal business days (Monday - Friday, excluding Canadian holidays) on the same or next day that the order is received contingent upon availability of resources to fill your order. There will be no refunds for shipping charges or handling fees due to delayed shipping.
2) All orders must include a ship to address for drop shipping purposes.
3) Each order will be sent direct to your shipping address, as per your ordering instructions. All packing and shipping materials will be in there original manufacturer packaging and no reference to MLT Direct Canada will be made, excluding the MLT Direct Canada products themselves (unless required by law).
Shipping: 1) Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx (or competitive service determined by MLT Direct Canada) unless otherwise requested. Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day Select are all available options. Orders will ship directly from the manufacturers. 2) MLT Direct Canada ships orders worldwide. 3) Each order will be assessed with the published shipping charge for the particular zone, weight and size. You are responsible for this charge. 4) No shipments will be made on any account that has become delinquent. Backorders/Substitutions: 1) If any products do become backordered that you have ordered you will be notified. Cancellations: 1) Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. Shipment generally occurs at 4:00 EST Monday - Friday (excluding Canadian holidays). 2) Orders can also be cancelled if they are on backorder. 3) If a problem exists on an order, it may be cancelled, at our sole discretion, 48 hours after being placed if there is no response to messages left informing you of such an issue. Returns: 1)All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by an authorized MLT Direct Canada representative (Please open an RMA trouble ticket in My Account section to retrieve an RMA number. Product returned without this authorization may not be identifiable to process a return, or at our sole discretion may be refused). 2) At our discretion, all non-defective returns MAY be assessed at 25% restocking fee within 15 days of shipping. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. 3) Non-defective product will only be accepted in resalable condition, with all original packaging. 4) Product can be returned to MLT Direct Canada within 15 days of sale with RMA number by calling (514) 500-1485. 5) Upon receipt of the return, we will credit your account for merchandise costs, and you are responsible for handling the transaction with your customer that case being. 6) All returns must be returned to MLT Direct Canada postage paid regardless of reason. If a replacement order is sent, it will be shipped without shipping or handing charges to the customer. 7) Special orders or closeouts may not be eligible for return. 8) Returns will not be accepted after 15 days after shipping, regardless of reason. Refusals and Non-Deliverables: 1) You are responsible for all shipping charges and return service charges on any refused order. We will credit your account for all merchandise less a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges and handling fees will not be refunded on refused orders. Damages: 1) MLT Direct Canada will be held responsible for any damages that occur during shipment and will generally replace these orders free of charge. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. |
